Goa, Aug. 1 -- Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Girish Chodankar on Friday said he held a cordial and productive meeting with Goa Forward Party (GFP) President Vijai Sardesai to discuss key issues affecting Goa under the BJP-led government and the future course of action.

Chodankar said the two leaders agreed to hold formal discussions in the near future to further strengthen the Congress-GFP alliance ahead of upcoming political challenges.
