Goa, July 1 -- Social worker Warren Alemao alleges possible lapses in medical and safety protocols, calls for investigation into compliance with AIFF and FIFA guidelines.

A complaint has been submitted to the South Goa Superintendent of Police seeking the registration of an FIR and a comprehensive investigation into the death of footballer Dylan during a Goa Football Association (GFA)-recognised inter-village football tournament.

The complaint, filed by social worker Warren Alemao, raises concerns over whether the mandatory medical and safety protocols prescribed by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and FIFA were fully complied with during the tournament.
