Goa, Aug. 20 -- Colvale Police have arrested 27-year-old Saish Sawant after allegedly seizing 1.580 kg of suspected ganja, valued at around Rs.1.60 lakh, during a narcotics raid near Dattatray Temple at Housing Board, Colvale.

The raid was conducted as part of police action against the illegal possession and trafficking of narcotic substances in the area.

Sawant was taken into custody following the seizure, and further investigation is underway.
