Goa, Aug. 21 -- Colva Police have arrested three persons following a raid on an alleged online gambling den operating from a house in 3rd Ward, Colva.

The accused have been identified as Jitendrasinh Chauhan (24), Narendrasinh Rathod (25) and Rahul Patel (33).

According to police, the trio was allegedly found accepting online bets and operating computer-based gambling games from the premises.

During the raid, police seized 11 laptops, 30 mobile phones and other equipment allegedly used for gambling activities, with the total value of the seized items estimated at around Rs.13 lakh.

Police have registered a case against the three accused and further investigation is underway.
