India, March 12 -- Nilkanth Halarnkar has assured that the cold storage facility at the South Goa Planning and Development Authority will be commissioned soon, stating that substantial funds have already been released for the project.

According to the minister, an amount of 29.78 crore has already been paid towards the project, and the funds required to complete the remaining work are also available. He said the government is taking steps to ensure that the facility becomes operational at the earliest.
