Goa, Oct. 29 -- Chief Minister Pra mod Sawant on Wednesday said four Goa Assembly con stituencies are likely to be notified as Scheduled Tribe (ST)-reserved seats by De cember 10, even as tribal leaders dismissed his latest assurance and prepared to an nounce a fresh agitation over the long-pending demand for political reservation. Sawant said Quepem, Sanguem, Priol and Nuvem had been identified for reser vation and that the State Elec tion Office had sent a report on the four constituencies to the Election Commission of India (ECI) in New Delhi two days ago, following a request from the commission.
