Goa, Aug. 3 -- Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Monday commended Goa Police for successfully dismantling an inter-state cyber fraud network operating across 11 states through an intelligence-led operation.

The crackdown resulted in key arrests and uncovered 313 mule bank accounts allegedly used in cyber fraud cases involving more than Rs.2.5 crore.

Praising the efforts of the police force, the Chief Minister said the operation demonstrated Goa Police's commitment to tackling organised cybercrime through coordinated and intelligence-driven investigations.
