Goa, July 1 -- A group of citizens has submitted a memorandum to Goa's Chief Town Planner, seeking comprehensive reforms in the functioning of the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department. The memorandum highlights persistent delays in approving building plans, alleged irregularities in the clearance process, and concerns over unauthorised constructions across the state.
