Goa, Oct. 6 -- Former Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao has taken a swipe at Opposition leaders, questioning their conduct both inside and outside the Goa Legislative Assembly.

Alemao said that people had witnessed his work during his long tenure in the Opposition. He claimed that while some Opposition leaders "shout in the Assembly", they allegedly approach the ruling side privately to get their individual issues addressed.

"I want the Congress party to win and form the government, but if the tickets are given to unworthy candidates, then what can we do?" Alemao said.
