India, Feb. 26 -- Acting swiftly on information about the sale of tobacco products and cigarettes near two schools in Calangute, the Village Panchayat Calangute conducted an on-the-spot inspection and seized the prohibited items.

Products Confiscated on the Spot During the inspection, all tobacco products and cigarettes found being sold in the vicinity of the schools were confiscated immediately. Panchayat officials reiterated that the sale of such products near educational institutions is strictly prohibited.
