Goa, May 26 -- Residents of Ugvem have been facing water supply disruptions after a 40-year-old pipeline near Mauli Temple burst once again, resulting in massive water wastage.

According to locals, the damaged pipeline has been causing continuous leakage over the past three days, severely affecting regular water supply in the area. Large quantities of water were reportedly wasted as the old pipeline continued to leak unchecked.

Residents have expressed concern over the recurring issue and urged the concerned authorities to undertake permanent repairs or replace the ageing pipeline to prevent further disruptions and wastage.
