Goa, Aug. 6 -- The Bombay High Court has convicted senior journalist and former Tehelka editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal in the 2013 rape case involving a former junior colleague.
In its judgment, the High Court set aside the trial court's earlier order acquitting Tejpal, holding him guilty of the charges. The ruling overturns the acquittal that had been granted by the trial court in the high-profile case.
