Panjim, July 4 -- Vijayalakshmi Khosla has approached the High Court seeking to de-seal and reopen the premises where Birch nightclub operated, while also requesting that legal rights related to the property be vested in her due to Surendra Khosla's ill health.

Vijayalakshmi Khosla, the owner of the premises where the Birch nightclub was operating, has approached the High Court seeking permission to de-seal and reopen the property.

In her petition, Vijayalakshmi Khosla, wife of Surendra Kumar Khosla, has also requested the court to vest all legal rights relating to the property and the ongoing proceedings in her name. The plea cites the deteriorating health of Surendra Khosla as the reason for seeking the transfer of legal authority.
