Goa, Aug. 6 -- A delegation from Benaulim has approached South Goa District Collector Egna Cleetus, urging immediate action to address the growing problem of illegal garbage dumping across the constituency.

The delegation, led by Benaulim Sarpanch Xavier Pereira and comprising social worker Warren Alemao and Colva panch member Pio Furtado, submitted a memorandum highlighting the rise in garbage dumping hotspots, particularly along the western bypass and beneath the highway overpass.
