Goa, May 10 -- Former Deputy Chief Minister Babu Azgaonkar has strongly opposed the government's decision restricting access to the old road leading to Manohar International Airport and warned of a public agitation if the notification is not withdrawn immediately. Speaking on the issue, Azgaonkar said the government should remember the efforts made by local leaders and citizens in bringing the Mopa airport project to Goa before imposing such restrictions.
