Goa, June 29 -- The Ram Temple donation embezzlement case took a dramatic turn on Monday after the Faizabad Bar Association unanimously resolved that none of its members would represent the eight accused arrested in connection with the alleged misappropriation of devotees' donations.

The lawyers' body also demanded that Ram Temple functionaries Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao leave Ayodhya within three days, warning that a city-wide blockade would be organised if they failed to comply. The resolution was passed during the association's general body meeting amid growing anger over the alleged financial irregularities.
