Goa, Oct. 9 -- A 20-year-old tribal woman from Assam's Kamrup district, who had travelled to Visakhapatnam as part of a dance troupe, was found dead beside a railway track in Andhra Pradesh's Srikakulam district. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death after she went missing while travelling home aboard the Dibrugarh Vivek Express.

The deceased was a student of B Borooah College in Guwahati. She had travelled to Visakhapatnam with a dance troupe to participate in dance programmes but decided to return to Assam to appear for a bank examination scheduled in Guwahati on October 10.

According to police, the woman reportedly attempted to book a Tatkal ticket online for the Silchar Express on the evening of October 5....
