Goa, May 30 -- Senior Congress leader Manikrao Thakare has clarified that former Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) president Amit Patkar is not unhappy with the party's decision to appoint Girish Chodankar as the new state chief. Addressing speculation surrounding Patkar's absence from the programme, Thakare said it was due to unavoidable circumstances and should not be linked to the recent leadership change.
