Goa, Oct. 26 -- Amit Palekar has raised serious concerns regarding alleged EVM vote-counting discrepancies during calibration and testing in Goa. He claimed that when 15 votes were polled across three different parties, counting showed all votes going to a single party, with the total exceeding actual votes cast. Questioning how such an anomaly occurred, Palekar urged the Election Commission of India to issue a clarification and voiced apprehension over potential software manipulation. He noted that mock testing was halted, adding that these troubling allegations demand immediate verification and an official explanation.
