AAP Goa Alleges Frequent Power Outages, Warns of 'Viz Andolan 2.0' Over Smart Meters
Goa, June 4 -- The Goa unit of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has criticised the BJP-led state government over what it described as the failure to provide regular and affordable electricity supply to consumers despite adequate power availability.
Addressing the media, AAP Goa President Valmiki Naik alleged that residents across the state continue to face frequent and unplanned power disruptions, causing inconvenience to households and businesses.
Naik claimed that the Power Department recorded approximately 25,000 unplanned outages during the first three months of the year.
