In the wake of widespread student protests over recurring examination paper leaks, public trust in India's testing system reached a critical juncture. The integrity of national evaluations-which dictate the future of mil lions of young aspirants-was called into seri ous question. In response, the government has initiated a multi-pronged strategy. Parliament amended the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act to establish strict legal deterrence, while fast-track courts were an nounced for the swift prosecution of paper leak cases.
