Goa, July 30 -- The Goa government has informed the High Court that nearly 80 per cent of the construction work on the new South Goa District Court complex has been completed, while the process of acquiring additional land for a dedicated parking facility is currently underway.

During the hearing, the government submitted that the proposed land acquisition pertains to an area at the rear of the court complex, which will be developed to address parking requirements.
