Goa, Sept. 26 -- Crime Branch officials seized 10.754 kg of suspected ganja, estimated to be worth around Rs.10.5 lakh, during a raid at the Interstate Bus Terminal in Mapusa on September 25.

Police arrested 24-year-old Gokula Jena, a native of Odisha, in connection with the seizure, while a 17-year-old juvenile was detained.

According to police, the suspected ganja was concealed inside a shoulder bag and a hand trolley at the bus terminal. Officials also alleged that Jena had used the juvenile in connection with carrying or supplying the narcotic substance.
