Goa, April 10 -- Tata Sons chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran has called on Air India employees to stay focused on execution and cost control, as the airline navigates a challenging phase for the global aviation industry. Speaking at a townhall in Gurugram, he broke his silence on recent developments at the carrier following CEO Campbell Wilson's resignation.

Chandrasekaran said that while the airline's long-term outlook remains strong, the current environment is difficult, with the impact visible across the aviation sector worldwide.
