Goa, April 12 -- The Indian Army's Trishakti Corps has launched Sikkim's first community radio station in a border village, named "Sikkim Sundari," in a significant step toward improving communication in remote high-altitude regions. The initiative is designed to bridge information gaps and provide residents with access to essential updates.
According to officials, the station will broadcast local news, weather forecasts, and details of government schemes, while also serving as a platform to highlight regional culture.
