'Not even equal to the dust on their feet' Father on Vaibhav-Sachin comparisons
Goa, June 7 -- Following his maiden India call-up, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's father has dismissed comparisons between the 15-year-old batting sensation and cricket greats such as Sachin Tendulkar and Don Bradman. The Bihar youngster recently became the youngest player to earn a Team India call-up after being named in the squads for the T20I series against Ireland and England, as well as the Asian Games 2026.
Speaking to NDTV, his father Sanjeev said comparisons with legendary players were unfair at this stage of Vaibhav's career.
