Goa, July 28 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Tuesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' is not a political speech programme but a platform dedicated to the people, highlighting inspiring stories and initiatives from across the country.

Speaking at an event in Sankhali, the Chief Minister said the programme reflects the vision of "Vikas Bhi aur Virasat Bhi" (Development as well as Heritage) by showcasing India's rich cultural diversity, traditions and grassroots innovations.
