Goa, Oct. 24 -- The South Goa Advocates Association (SGAA) has demanded ac countability from revenue authorities over how 210 mutation applications that had remained pending for months or years were dis posed of in half a day, ask ing why the department failed to act earlier and how the system functions. "If they could be decided in half a day, why were they not done all these months and all these years?" SGAA president Adv Antonio Clovis da Costa asked, questioning the function ing of the department and the accountability of officials responsible for the delays.
