Goa, Aug. 20 -- A 25-year-old woman whose viral confrontation with security personnel during a road closure in Ladakh sparked widespread online debate has issued an apology to the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and Ladakh Police. Speaking out for the first time since the video surfaced, she expressed deep regret over her outbursts, clarifying that she never intended to insult the armed forces or seek social media attention.

The incident occurred near the Minimarg check post in the Dras area around July 26, when travel along the Minimarg-Zoji La-Sonamarg road was temporarily restricted due to security protocols surrounding Kargil Vijay Diwas. The resulting traffic hold-up caused growing frustration among stranded travellers.
