"Blackened, Damp Grains": Savoi Verem Locals Demand Ration Wheat Inspection
Goa, Aug. 20 -- Residents of Savoi Verem have raised strong concerns regarding the poor quality of wheat distributed through their local ration society. Several bags allegedly contain blackened, damp, and spoiled grains, leaving beneficiaries unable to consume their allotted quota.
