Intervention:
Experimental Group 1:Intravenous anesthesia with oliceridine combined with Etomidate. The dose of Oliceridine is fixed at 10ug/kg, and the initial dose of Etomidate is 0.15 mg/kg. Subsequently, the dose of oliceridine administered to each subsequent subject is determined by the modified sequential method, with a sequential dose adjustment of 0.05 mg/kg.
