Dexamethasone group:An intercostal nerve block is achieved by combining 10 mg of dexamethasone in a 20 ml solution of 0.25% ropivacaine.
Dexmedetomidine group:Intercostal nerves are blocked by combining 0.5 ug/kg of dexmedetomidine in a 20 ml solution of 0.25% ropivacaine.
