Gold Standard:Endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) is the gold standard for ATTR-CA diagnosis. For patients unable to tolerate biopsy, the non-invasive reference standard is 99mTc-PYP SPECT/CT myocardial imaging combined with negative serum/urine immunofixation electrophoresis.
