Sub-Saharan nations face the highest risks for expectant mothers. South Sudan reported a staggering ratio of 1222.5 deaths per 100,000 live births, followed by Chad at 1063.5. Nigeria also crossed the thousand-mark threshold, recording 1047.2 maternal deaths per 100,000 births.
Excellence in Low-Ratio Regions
