Brief Summary: We use one or at most two simple yoga poses to reverse juvenile idiopathic lumbar and thoracolumbar scoliosis in 8 - 12 year-olds. It involves daily practice of 5 - 7 minutes. Involvement is 4-8 months with two or three low-dose. before and after (EOS) X-rays. Participation can be in person or done on line.
