Brief Summary: This hospital-based cross-sectional study aims to determine the prevalence and serotype distribution of nasopharyngeal Streptococcus pneumoniae carriage among children aged 2-59 months hospitalized with acute respiratory symptoms at Vietnam National Children's Hospital (VNCH).
