Brief Summary: This study is a prospective, single-blind, randomized controlled trial designed to investigate the effects of whole-body vibration (WBV) exercise on balance, mobility, fall risk, and proprioception in patients with Parkinson's disease.
A total of 68 patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, aged between 50 and 75 years, will be recruited from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.
