Brief Summary: The goal of this interventional study is to evaluate the feasiblity and effectiveness of a multimodal lifestyle program for individuals living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy or Corticobasal Deneration. The main objectivess of the study are to:
1. Assess the feasibility of the program
2. Assess the effects of the program on emotional wellbeing and quality of life
3. Assess the effects of the program on caregiver burden
