Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a virtual reality-based cognitive remediation (VRCR) intervention in improving cognitive performance and psychosocial functioning in individuals with schizophrenia spectrum disorders (SSD) and bipolar disorder (BD).
