Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to investigate the effects of preoperative video-assisted patient education combined with eye position fixation training on anxiety, pain, intraoperative compliance, operation duration, and physiological parameters in adult patients undergoing primary pterygium surgery under local anesthesia.
