Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare same-day discharge rates and recovery outcomes across an adult patient population undergoing elective Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA), and randomized to receive either spinal block anesthesia or Total IntraVenous Anesthesia (TIVA).
