Brief Summary: This is a prospective, multi-cohort, exploratory clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant adebrelimab combined with chemotherapy in patients with resectable locally advanced thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), with a particular focus on the effect of the time-of-day of immunotherapy infusion.
