Brief Summary: Objectives: Intraoperative bleeding during endoscopic sinus surgery for severe rhinosinusitis may significantly compromise the surgical field. Saline heated to 50degC promotes transient vessel vasodilation and mucosal edema without causing nasal mucosal necrosis.
