Brief Summary: Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) cannulation is a routine procedure for people receiving haemodialysis and is frequently associated with pain. Thermotherapy has been reported as an effective non-pharmacological intervention for reducing AVF cannulation-related pain; however, the optimal application duration remains unclear.
