Brief Summary: The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of the telenursing intervention "TELESM-edu.nursing" on people with Multiple Sclerosis (pwMS), specifically focusing on their navigational capacity within the healthcare system (Navigation Health Literacy) and their perceived level of Health Literacy.
