Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to find the best treatment for obstructed gastric carcinoma in gastric cancer patients. It will include all patients with obstructed gastric cancer with different ages and sex who consented to share in the trial. The main question is what is the better for management for obstructed gastric cancer; palliative resection or palliative bypass? We hypothesized that resection is better. patients will be divided into two groups. the primary outcome measure will be the relief of obstruction
