Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of targeted breast ultrasound ("ultrasound in the grid") performed concurrently with diagnostic mammogram during breast compression with an open mammogram paddle in lesion detection when compared to standard diagnostic breast ultrasound.
