Brief Summary: The aim of this prospective randomized double-blind study is to compare the effectiveness of routine antiemetic prophylaxis for the prevention of intraoperative nausea and vomiting (IONV) in non-fasted parturients undergoing emergency cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
