Brief Summary: This study aims to determine the incidence of venous thromboembolic events (VTE), including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), among hospitalized patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD). It will also identify potential risk factors associated with VTE and evaluate its impact on clinical outcomes. Patients with ILD admitted to the hospital will be assessed for clinical characteristics, disease severity, risk factors for thrombosis, and the occurrence of DVT or PE during hospitalization.
