Brief Summary: The purpose of the CARMic study is to investigate whether a restrictive, microbiome-sparing antibiotic strategy can better preserve the gut microbiota in patients undergoing chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy without compromising infectious safety.
